1. Shipping Times Because we ship directly from our global partners to keep our prices low, please note our estimated delivery windows:

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

  • UK Delivery: 6–12 business days.

  • International Delivery: 10–20 business days. Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or high seasonal demand.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK Shipping

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your "Nova Nook" find directly through our website or via 17Track. It may take 2–5 days for the tracking status to update once the label is created.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For our UK customers, VAT is included in your purchase price where applicable. For international orders outside the UK, Nova Nook 26 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Items Not Received If your item has not arrived within 30 days of purchase (the UK legal "reasonable time" limit), please contact us at novanookshop26@gmail.com and we will investigate or issue a full refund.
